Hello!

I’m a wife, mother, and Gigi who is passionate about my faith, family (including my Shih Tzu, Cocoa), and friends. My 25+ years of experience in outside sales, marketing, and owning a business helped prepare me for the business side of writing. Chocolate, coffee, movies, and TV are among my guilty pleasures.

My inspiration for writing and working in children’s ministry was sparked by a devotional on the importance for children to learn about Jesus at a young age. The story of It’s Cool To Be A Christian came to my mind. I had never thought about becoming a writer, but God had other plans. He’s now given me a love and desire for discipleship through writing.

I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior as a child, and I couldn’t make it through life’s struggles without the love, joy, hope, and forgiveness I receive through Him. I fall short each day, but I’m grateful to be saved by grace. It’s in my heart to share how others can also receive this great gift.

Prior to 2020, I marketed my book at conferences such as INCM Children’s Pastor Conference, International Christian Retail Show, KidzMatter Conference, Lifeway ETCH Family Ministry Conference, Midwest Homeschool Convention, and Munce Christian Product Expo. In addition to lifelong friendships gained, I’ve met many amazing and influential Christians including Dr. Charles Stanley, Candace Payne, Chonda Pierce, Gary Chapman, Ken Abraham, Kyle Idleman, and Mark Lowry. A major career transition and move caused me to put my writing on hold for three years. Attending Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writers Conference in 2023 gave me the boost I needed to get back in the writing game and fulfill what God has called me to do. Read about my latest projects below.

Raising children and grandchildren as Christians in today’s world is challenging. It’s important for them to receive a foundation in Christ right from the start. I’m on a mission to bring children and others to Christ through writing, children’s ministry, and building a team of prayer warriors.
